Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in Software Engineering to work on evolving the developer experience through the use of Generative AI.

This person will work on identifying, experimenting with, designing, and implementing AI solutions applied to the software development lifecycle, helping to transform new technologies and concepts into reusable capabilities for engineering teams.

More than just implementing point tools, we expect someone capable of connecting AI, architecture, engineering, and developer experience: evaluating approaches, proposing standards, and helping to build sustainable AI adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve applied solutions using Generative AI and LLMs
• Build proofs of concept, experiments, and MVPs, validating hypotheses before evolving them into enterprise solutions
• Design and implement solutions with AI agents, RAG, MCP, and tool calling
• Create integrations between AI solutions and development lifecycle tools (repositories, pipelines, documentation, catalogs)
• Evaluate market technologies and frameworks, recommending alternatives according to the scenario
• Define standards and technical best practices for building AI solutions
• Contribute to governance, security, and observability mechanisms for AI solutions
• Provide technical support to other engineers, disseminating knowledge and raising the team's AI maturity

Expected knowledge

• Solid experience in Software Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python for daily tasks
• AWS: basic services (compute, storage, networking) and AI stack
• Practical experience with AI agents, RAG, and tool calling in real solutions, not just in proofs of concept
• Harness (CI/CD tool): experience configuring and maintaining pipelines

Technical advantages

• Experience with model fine-tuning
• Experience with evaluation, observability, and guardrails for AI applications
• Use of AI tools in daily work (Claude, Cursor, Kiro, and similar)

Contextual advantages

• Experience with Developer Experience or Platform Engineering
• Knowledge of AI applied to the SDLC
