What You Will Do

• Collaborate & Translate: Partner with cross-functional data teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.

• Design & Develop: Build and optimize high-performing reports, interactive dashboards, and rich visualizations using Power BI.

• Model Data: Develop and maintain complex data models tailored for scalable, generic BI reporting.

• Secure & Validate: Implement advanced row- and user-level security models while ensuring data accuracy through regular validation checks and audits.

• Analyze Ad-Hoc: Support immediate business needs by creating tailored, ad-hoc reports for executive leadership.

• Optimize Performance: Monitor system metrics to ensure maximum uptime, high-speed report performance, and rapid troubleshooting.

• Document Solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, technical specifications, and dashboard architectures.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a BI Developer or in a closely related data-engineering/analytics role.

• Core Technical Stack: Master-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI (both are strict requirements for this role).

• Modern Data Warehousing: Practical experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or similar platforms.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for identifying data trends and anomalies.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile team environment.
