Senior Budget Analyst

TJFACT is seeking a highly qualified Senior Budget Analyst to support the Department of State – INL/SAO/AC office, in Washington, DC. This position is equivalent to a Budget Analyst Level 4. The purpose of this (TPC) is to advise SAO leadership and INL program teams on the range of resources that are available for each country or thematic program in their portfolio. This position will work with SAO leadership to take a bureau-wide view for developing out year budget requests and allocations of appropriated INCLE, justifying them to Department leadership and OMB, and ultimately allocating and completing all pre-obligation reporting requirements for appropriated funds managed by INL. Please note this role is a TPC request and employment is contingent upon a contract award.
