Senior Business Analyst – Mortgages & Lending Migration

Our client, a financial services organisation, is delivering a major portfolio and customer migration program — transferring Home Lending, Personal Lending, Customer, Product and Servicing capabilities from a large international bank onto their platforms. They're looking for a Senior BA with genuine migration delivery experience in a mortgages or lending environment to drive this forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting migration requirements across the lending portfolio
• Producing Migration Requirements Documents, System Impact Assessments and Migration Runbooks
• Working with data migration teams on business impacts, reconciliation and data validation for customer, product and loan data
• Supporting dress rehearsals, mock migrations and go/no-go assessments
• Driving cutover and hypercare planning through to post-migration stabilisation
• Acting as key liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams and the divesting bank

What You'll Bring

• 7–10+ years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, with strong grounding in mortgages/lending
• Proven experience delivering large-scale migration, portfolio transfer or transformation programs
• Solid knowledge of Home Lending, Mortgage Servicing, Personal Lending and Loan Origination
• Hands-on experience with cutover, readiness assessment and production migration events
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Comfortable across Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery
• Prior experience on banking portfolio migrations, mortgage servicing transfers or core banking transformation
