- Build trusted stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops and support alignment, decision-making and consensus across diverse groups.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary agile teams, providing leadership, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Community of Practice by sharing knowledge, improving standards and supporting capability development.
- Coach and support junior colleagues through guidance, feedback and line management responsibilities.
- Significant Business Analysis experience within multidisciplinary agile teams across the full product and service lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and identify root causes.
- Experienced in leading analysis and providing direction in complex environments where requirements or solutions are not fully defined.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including facilitating decisions and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
- Skilled in using evidence, research and data to inform decisions, prioritisation, roadmaps and business cases.
- Experience defining outcomes, success measures and performance frameworks to drive value and continuous improvement.
- Able to guide teams through problem exploration, analysis, prototyping and solution development while maintaining a focus on user and business outcomes.
