Job Summary:
Our client is a well-established Accounting and Advisory Firm in Phnom Penh, seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support brand visibility.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build strong networks with clients and professional associations

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client engagement

• Represent the firm at workshops, seminars, and events

• Oversee branding and marketing initiatives

• Manage client database and digital communication

• Support professional development of the business team

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken & written)

• Proven experience in business development

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
