Senior Business Development Manager (Cypriot Market)
You will be employee number one on the ground in Cyprus, responsible for unlocking high-value segments including PE/VC funds, holding companies, family offices, and corporate service providers. The role focuses on engaging decision-makers, building strategic local relationships, running end-to-end commercial cycles, educating fund managers and corporate treasurers on Vivid's Treasury and MMF solutions, refining the Cyprus go-to-market playbook, and representing Vivid at industry events.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers across Cyprus's B2B landscape, focusing on PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, asset managers, and corporates
- Build strategic relationships with accountants, tax advisors, law firms, and other local multipliers
- Run the end-to-end commercial cycle for high-value accounts from discovery and treasury pitches through compliance onboarding and closing
- Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on Vivid's Treasury and MMF solutions
- Partner with Sales Leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile, localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for Cyprus
- Represent Vivid at financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in Cyprus
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or institutional sales experience within the Cyprus financial ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of Cyprus financial structures, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- An established network or proven ability to reach CFOs, Fund Operations leads, Managing Directors, and Domiciliation Agents
- Technical fluency in FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-autonomy environment
- Full professional fluency in English; other languages are a strong plus
