Senior Business Manager - Banking IT & Transformation

Our client is a pioneer and leading banking IT consulting firm in Luxembourg, specialised in the financial sector, mainly banks but also some insurance companies and asset managers/ManCos. This one-stop boutique has successfully delivered high-end IT, digital, cyber, and regulatory transformation projects for major banks such as HSBC, ING, and BNP, helping secure strong long-term relationships over the past 10 years. The founder is bright, driven, and a key opinion leader in Luxembourgs banking and financial services ICT world.

Known for his ability to build a compliant and fully functioning bank from scratch, this passionate entrepreneur is now looking for someone to manage RFPs, handle communication and marketing, launch new partnerships, and maintain the existing network of clients. Seasoned, agile and hands-on, with strong experience supporting IT projects in the banking sector, the ideal candidate should be holistic and versatile. Someone who understands the work of developers, risk and support IT professionals, infrastructure experts, and BA, BI, and PM profiles.

The goal is to coordinate and support growth, while improving the company's attractiveness to future hires. Bilingual in French and English or English and German, with a mix of functional and technical exposure, locally or internationally, in the banking IT consulting sector.
