Senior Business Strategy Manager
This senior strategy role combines commercial analysis, strategic communication, stakeholder influence, and hands-on execution. The manager will develop data-driven recommendations, own initiatives through implementation, and improve business processes using automation and AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities
- Diagnose business challenges and operational inefficiencies
- Conduct structured analyses and develop data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define success metrics and evaluate strategic opportunities
- Translate complex analyses into presentations, business cases, and commercial proposals
- Synthesize data into concise narratives that influence stakeholders and drive action
- Own strategic initiatives from conceptualization and planning through implementation and measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders and removing blockers
- Improve business processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable operating models
Requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency working with data to quantify business impact and support strategic decisions
- Strong strategic thinking and experience developing business plans and evaluating growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Proven operational execution experience with measurable outcomes
- Curiosity, adaptability, intellectual rigor, and a bias toward action
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or high-growth technology environments is highly regarded
- Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus
