Senior Communications & Change Manager

Salary: $900-$950 + Super

• Change & Communications Manager – Communications Focus 80%
• Highly visible multiyear data transformation program
• 12 month Daily Rate Contract
• $900-$950 + Super p/d

The Role:

• Develop the communication strategy and distribute communication materials to support the programs change implementation, delivery, and overall program progress
• Lead the development and delivery of the program communications and marketing plan, ensuring messaging is clear, coordinated, and aligned to program priorities and business outcomes
• Establish and manage ongoing communication touchpoints, forums, and engagement channels to support regular, change-led discussions with stakeholders across the program.
• Ensure communications and presentations clearly explain what change means for impacted stakeholders, including expected impacts, benefits, timing, and required actions.
• Create learning and educational resources as needed according to the change plan.
• Assist the Change Lead in organising and conducting regular program updates for key stakeholders
• Senior stakeholder engagement – high visibility program

Skills & Experience:

• Must have: Change Management & Communications experience working on a large scale, Data / Technology transformation program
• Experience in delivering effective communications and marketing activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A ‘can’ do attitude, somebody who is able to roll up their sleeves, think on their feet and thrives in a busy program environment with multiple stakeholders
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci®, ADKAR, Agile)
