Senior Community Manager, Relationship Management

This role provides operational backbone for the Relationship Management team through CRM management, investor call preparation, scheduling, follow-up tracking, reporting, process improvement, investor inquiry support, and portfolio research. The position is part of a five-day-a-week, in-office culture in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational infrastructure supporting the Relationship Management team.
  • Manage email support, call scheduling, Calendly, follow-up coordination, and portfolio research.
  • Maintain accurate investor records, activity logs, notes, and interaction histories in the CRM.
  • Prepare investor call materials and portfolio summaries.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for investor inquiries.
  • Manage post-call documentation, request routing, and resolution tracking.
  • Identify investors needing attention and surface them to the relevant Relationship Manager.
  • Improve workflows, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Track team activity and KPIs and support leadership reporting.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions.
  • Use AI tools to improve work quality and speed.
  • Participate in investor calls and develop toward independent investor calls.
  • Contribute to investor education and engagement conversations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a high-volume investor- or client-facing financial services role.
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, fund operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to improve documented workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or follow-through.
  • Genuine interest in venture capital, investing, and investor experience.
  • Prior FINRA licensure such as Series 7, 63, or 66 is a plus.
  • Experience supporting senior-level professionals.
  • Familiarity with investor onboarding, relationship management workflows, or fund operations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
