(Senior) Compliance Manager
A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a (Senior) Compliance Manager to join her Compliance Department
Responsibilities:
- Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with latest regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review compliance plans. Conduct sample transactions checking relating to insurance and investment activities
- Provide compliance advisory and support on new product launch and marketing materials
- Provide internal control advisory to business units and all related parties
- Handle and follow up with regulators on routine enquiries, external and internal audit related matters
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Laws, Finance, or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of working experience in banking compliance
- Sounded knowledge in HKMA, SFC and other banking related legislations and guidelines
- Hands-on exposure of working and liaison with regulatory bodies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
