Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Secure and improve the security posture by supporting SIEM and incident response, managing identity via an IDP, safeguarding SaaS applications, monitoring Google Workspace activity, assisting DevOps with cloud and SDLC security, supporting onboarding and offboarding, evaluating infosec systems, aiding crisis management, and supporting web3 security and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the managed SIEM as the final point of escalations.
• Support user identity management and single sign-on through an IDP.
• Secure employee use of SaaS vendors.
• Secure user activity through Google Workspace.
• Aid DevOps in securing cloud infrastructure and the SDLC.
• Aid in onboarding and offboarding through the JLM process.
• Evaluate and architect new systems for the infosec stack.
• Aid in crisis management events.
• Architect and support web3 security and monitoring systems.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a senior cybersecurity professional.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and securing them.
• Experience working in startups or web3.
• Experience in security operations and SIEM tools.
