Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate ingestion pipelines from ERP, CRM, MT5, PSPs and banks, Everflow, BigQuery, and other sources into Microsoft Fabric.
- Own medallion architecture pipeline transformations, including SCD Type 2 dimensional modeling for customer, broker server, product, and partner dimensions.
- Maintain the dbt-style semantic layer feeding Power BI and reporting so KPI definitions remain aligned.
- Set and meet pipeline SLAs for near-real-time and T+1 reporting and publish the Known Issues register for missed SLAs.
- Optimize Fabric compute and storage costs, monitor capacity headroom, and recommend right-sizing.
- Maintain the data dictionary across bronze, silver, gold, and near-real-time layers and contribute to the KPI Dictionary.
- Mentor the team on Fabric patterns, reconciliation discipline, and code review practices.
