Senior Data Infra Product Manager, On Chain (Algorithm and Search)
Drive delivery of algorithm platforms, Web3 search systems, and AI capabilities. Manage model lifecycles, improve search relevance and ranking, integrate AI technologies, analyze smart contracts and on-chain behavior, and own product quality from specification through post-launch iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate the algorithm platform for on-chain analytics, trading signals, risk control, and recommendations.
- Manage algorithm model integration, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Drive product design and optimization of the Web3 search system.
- Improve search relevance, recall, latency, and ranking quality.
- Integrate AI agents, LLMs, embeddings, and vector retrieval into algorithms and search products.
- Analyze smart contracts, protocol mechanics, and on-chain behaviors.
- Own end-to-end delivery quality from specification through post-launch metrics.
- Build evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience.
- Experience with algorithm platforms, machine learning model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with search systems, indexing, ranking, relevance, and retrieval.
- Proficiency in AI technology, AI agents, LLMs, embeddings, vector retrieval, and AI applications.
- Experience with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, on-chain data analysis, consensus mechanisms, and cross-chain technologies.
- Familiarity with on-chain and Web3 ecosystems and active crypto community engagement.
- Strong execution, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
