Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a proficient Senior Data Science Engineer to become part of our team.

Your role will be instrumental in advancing and adapting Language Models (LLMs) to meet diverse business objectives. You will put your knowledge of Python programming, AI/machine learning frameworks, NLP, and prompt engineering into action to craft, evolve, and enhance AI-generated text prompts.

Responsibilities

• Craft, evolve, evaluate, and fine-tune AI-generated text prompts for maximum efficacy across various uses
• Facilitate the smooth integration of optimized prompts within the overall product or system, working alongside engineers for deployment in production settings
• Assess prompt efficacy using metrics and user feedback, persistently testing and analyzing for refinement and iterative improvements
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to grasp requirements and ensure prompt alignment with business targets and user preferences
• Document the prompt engineering procedures and results, instruct teams on prompt optimization practices, and remain informed about recent AI developments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming with 3+ years of experience and skills in AI/machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Background in NLP and LLMs with 2-5 years including models such as BERT and GPT-3/4
• Expertise in prompt engineering principles and techniques like chain of thought, in-context learning, and tree of thought
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think critically, design effective prompts, analyze model performance, and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration and documentation
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Knowledge of Vector Databases
• Experience with LangChain
