Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and delivering advanced data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape modern AI-powered products and drive innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data science solutions that support key business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning and AI models to solve real-world problems
• Explore, clean, and prepare large datasets to enable accurate analysis and modeling
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve solutions based on new data and feedback
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to establishing best practices, coding standards, and reusable components across the team
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to bring innovation into projects

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Advanced experience with Claude Code for AI-assisted development and productivity enhancement
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL for building data pipelines, models, and analytical solutions
• Solid experience in AI and NLP modeling to design and implement language-based and predictive solutions
• Hands-on expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for building advanced LLM-based applications
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, for deploying and managing data science solutions
• Experience with Development Workflow Automation to streamline model development, testing, and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Context Window Management and Cost Optimization techniques when working with large language models
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban for effective collaboration and delivery
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data exploration, quick analysis, and reporting
• Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible Governance to ensure fair, transparent, and compliant AI solutions
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
