Senior Designer
Lead branding projects from research through client presentation, develop interactive brands and digital experiences, establish design systems and style guidelines, and create interactive web experiences using 3D and motion technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand projects starting with research
- Conduct trend and competitor analysis and identify whitespace opportunities
- Define and develop interactive brands and digital experiences
- Establish design systems and style guidelines for type, color, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography
- Design wireframes, screens and prototypes to illustrate interaction and motion
- Design interactive websites using three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine and GSAP
- Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for client reviews
- Consider accessibility and technology platforms in design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with 3+ years in a Senior Designer role within an agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch
- Experience with Cinema 4D and 3D design
- Experience designing interactive websites using three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine and GSAP
- Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients
- User-centric design approach with accessibility considerations
- Passion for typography, motion, copy and imagery
