Senior Designer

Lead branding projects from research through execution, creating identities and end-to-end digital experiences. Design web interfaces, wireframes, screens, and prototypes incorporating interaction, motion, and 3D; establish design systems and style guidelines; present work and written rationales; and collaborate with multidisciplinary contributors to ensure design integrity and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand projects starting with research and competitor analysis.
• Define and develop interactive brands and digital experiences.
• Establish design systems and style guidelines across type, color, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography, and videography.
• Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes illustrating interaction, motion, and 3D behavior.
• Design scalable layouts for web, mobile, and presentations.
• Present work and deliver written design rationales to internal and client audiences.
• Collaborate with design leaders and multidisciplinary contributors to ensure design integrity.
• Apply user-centric design with accessibility and contextual storytelling considerations.
• Deliver high-quality creative work to client reviews and critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience with 3+ years in a Senior Designer role within an agency.
• Experience leading branding projects and conducting research and trend analysis.
• Experience designing interactive websites using three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, and GSAP.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.
• Experience creating design systems, style guidelines, and scalable layouts.
• Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients.
• User-centric design approach with accessibility considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Bonus experience animating 2D and 3D objects, characters, props, and environments.
• Bonus experience with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology, Web3, or project management.
