Senior Developer (DevOps and Infrastructure)

Design and implement secure solutions across cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications; codify infrastructure with Terraform and Python; define security standards; integrate security into development and deployment; evaluate security technologies; develop reference architectures; conduct threat modeling and risk assessments; and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Codify infrastructure with Python and APIs
• Define and maintain security standards and frameworks
• Optimize infrastructure and security practices
• Integrate security into development and infrastructure deployments
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies
• Develop security reference architectures and patterns
• Participate in threat modeling and risk assessments
• Provide security guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
• Monitor security trends and translate them into strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or software with a focus on security architecture
• 5+ years of experience designing and leading infrastructure lifecycles in cloud environments
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong Terraform skills
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with infrastructure as code modules
• Expertise in low-level networking
• Security architecture experience for infrastructure and applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic and proactive mindset
