Senior Director Of Development Security

Job description

Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion. Exhibiting a robust understanding of the real estate development process and capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision and strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including operators, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout the development process.
• Monitor project progress and budget, implement effective risk management strategies and cost management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, investors, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development.
• Coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Program and/or portfolio management qualification highly regarded.
• 15+ years of relevant professional working experience.
