Senior Documentation Specialist - Outside Counsel Liaison

Serves as a point of contact for outside counsel, facilitating the exchange of information, questions, and responses between counsel and internal stakeholders. Provides guidance and advice as the subject matter expert on all aspects of loan documentation. Essential Duties Prepares documentation and provides final review of mid-to-large complex loans, analyzes and advises Documenters, Lenders, Credit, and Special Assets on modification to structure loan as needed to mitigate Bank risk/loss. Maintains compliance by performance of final review of the Bank’s commercial loans to ensure applicable statutes and regulations related to the commercial lending function and adherence to Bank policies and standards.
