Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager

RippleX seeks a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for Europe to grow real-world usage of tokenized assets, including stablecoin payments, trade finance, and collateral management. The role combines partnerships, business development, growth marketing, startup support, and ecosystem development across Europe fintech and traditional finance markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute ecosystem growth strategy for XRPL across European markets.
• Source, evaluate, and support startups and developers building on XRPL.
• Manage relationships with accelerators, venture capital firms, fintech providers, and strategic partners.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, co-selling arrangements, discount programs, and incentive initiatives.
• Guide startups from ideation through mainnet deployment.
• Review grant applications and accelerator submissions.
• Facilitate introductions and support portfolio companies.
• Build top-of-funnel pipelines through programs, grants, and outreach.
• Identify growth partners, institutional channels, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with DevRel, Partner Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing.
• Track partnership performance and optimize ecosystem growth strategies.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting tokenization and digital asset adoption.
• Use data insights and strategic narratives to influence stakeholders.
• Analyze tradeoffs, anticipate obstacles, and recommend scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, fintech or traditional finance growth, or growth roles.
• Track record in deal structuring and execution with early-stage teams or strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of regional regulatory and business differences.
• Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization, retention analysis, and partnership benchmarking.
• Technical understanding sufficient for feasibility discussions with product and infrastructure teams.
• Understanding of financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with tokenization and digital asset adoption in financial institutions.
• Experience with DeFi protocols and their intersection with traditional finance.
• Clear communication and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy.
• Strong relationship-building and multi-stakeholder partnership management skills.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing ecosystem growth.
