Senior Engineer / Engineering manager

This role combines hands-on software engineering with engineering management. You will develop scalable features, guide and coach engineers, grow the team, balance technical and product roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop engineers in their skills and careers
• Provide technical guidance and coaching on software engineering best practices
• Balance technical and product roadmaps
• Design and code innovative, scalable, and robust features
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders
• Participate in the project lifecycle from ideation through release

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• Hands-on coding skills
• Ability to manage and grow engineering teams
• Experience hiring and managing teams of 10 or more engineers
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
