Senior Executive Assistant

Make an Impact Behind the Scenes, and Everywhere in Between

Help our Chief People Officer, and our People Division, do their best work!

About Stampin’ Up!

At Stampin’ Up!, we believe creativity has the power to bring people together, brighten someone’s day, and make a difference. We’re a company full of people who care deeply about what we do, the people we work with, and the communities we’re part of.

We’re looking for someone who can bring that same spirit to the People Division. Someone who is organized enough to keep the details moving, intuitive enough to see what’s coming next, and people-focused enough to build trust wherever they go.

Because around here, being a Senior Executive Assistant isn’t just about managing a calendar. It’s about making things happen, connecting people, creating clarity, seeing around corners, and helping great leaders do their best work.

The Role

As the Senior Executive Assistant to our Chief People Officer, you’ll be a trusted partner and a key connector across the organization. You’ll help create space for the CPO to focus on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, coordinating across teams, and keeping important work moving forward.

You’ll be the person who can look at a big idea and think, “Okay, let’s make this happen.”

This role blends executive-level support, project coordination, communication, event leadership, and People Division initiatives. You’ll work with leaders and employees across the company, often navigating sensitive information, shifting priorities, and sometimes challenging or emotional situations.

It’s fast-moving, people-centered work, and it requires someone who can bring calm to the chaos, positivity to the room, and follow through on all the details.

If you’re someone who naturally thinks a few steps ahead, loves making other people successful, and builds trust through everything you do, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Be the CPO’s Trusted Partner

  • Provide proactive, comprehensive executive-level support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar and email management, travel coordination, prioritization, deliverables, and follow-up.
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges before they arise, make thoughtful recommendations, and take appropriate action.
  • Help triage competing priorities and determine what needs attention now, what can wait, and what needs to be delegated.
  • Represent the CPO professionally and thoughtfully with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft communications, prepare materials, manage deliverables, and coordinate follow-up on behalf of the CPO.
  • Provide limited executive support to People Division directors as assigned.

Be a Multiplier for the People Division

  • Coordinate People Division projects, meetings, communications, activities, action items, and deliverables.
  • Help turn big ideas and strategic initiatives into clear project plans, timelines, owners, and next steps.
  • Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to maintain communication, alignment, and momentum.
  • Support internal leadership, learning and development, and employee experiences.
  • Lead or contribute to select HR programs and projects, bringing your organization, creativity, and follow-through to the work.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve communication, and help the People Division work smarter.

Create Experiences People Remember

  • Direct the planning and execution of global employee events and stamping activities.
  • Establish strategic objectives for events and evaluate their success.
  • Coordinate details, vendors, stakeholders, communications, and logistics to create seamless experiences.
  • Bring creativity and energy to employee experiences while keeping the details, timelines, and budgets on track.

Be a Trusted Partner Throughout the Company

  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Navigate sometimes emotional or difficult situations with calmness, professionalism, empathy, and helpfulness.
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully, even when priorities are changing.
  • Be someone people trust to follow through, find answers, and make things better.

Own It and Make It Better

  • Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: We care about people first. We act with courage. We better our best. We own it.
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Office team by cross-training, providing coverage for other team members, and sharing knowledge.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and responsibilities.
  • Look for opportunities for continual improvement and bring forward ideas that make the team and organization stronger.
