Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Senior Executive / Executive – Sales & Reservations to manage bookings, guest inquiries, and sales support activities. This role focuses on handling reservations, maintaining guest records, promoting travel products, and delivering excellent service within the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process bookings, including reservations and follow-ups until check-in
• Maintain records including guest details, invoicing, and filing
  
• Provide professional service to guests across all communication channels
• Promote destinations, packages, and offers with an upselling approach
  
• Build strong working relationships with business suppliers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations
  
• Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  Carry out additional duties as requested by management

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or reservations
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or tourism industry will be an advantage
