Senior Executive (HRBP & Talent Acquisition) | Healthcare
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Extendable / Convertible)
Location: Novena
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
Job Summary
You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for the assigned department. You will provide advice and support line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment and employee matters. You will also be involved in supporting continuous improvement and operational support to HR activities.
Job duties:
Talent Acquisition
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
· Analyse recruitment and attrition data and workforce risks.
HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
· Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders.
· Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding
· Partner HRSS to update employee lifecycle services and documentation to ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance.
· Deliver HR services in compliance with company policies, employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Support
· Actively participate in process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
· Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and improve stakeholder experience.
· Review, develop, and implement guidelines, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational effectiveness.
· Undertake HR projects, organisational initiatives, and employer branding activities.
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
· Minimum 2-5 years of relevant HR experience preferably in HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition
· Experience in healthcare HR operations will be advantageous.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems (Workday etc).
· Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and employment practices.
· Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass administration.
· Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
