Senior Finance Manager, Fiat/Payment Ops
Manage fiat deposits and withdrawals, reconcile exchange and bank balances, resolve payment inquiries, analyze settlement exceptions, support product testing, provide performance reporting, and improve settlement operations through process enhancements and automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage fiat currency deposits and withdrawals
- Reconcile daily fiat balances
- Resolve customer payment inquiries
- Analyze settlement exceptions and collaborate with cross-functional teams and banking partners
- Test new product offerings
- Provide performance reports and analysis
- Support accounting reconciliations
- Review settlement operations and suggest improvements and automations
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in fiat operations
- Experience in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech is preferred
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation and accounting principles
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MAS regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in English
