Senior Finance Manager – FICC & EQD, Finance
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities.
- Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licenced corporations
- Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties
- Prepare client money segregation & desegregation
- Participate in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct year-end audit & regulatory assignment
- Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholder
- Participate in financial statements and year-end tax filing
- Process improvements and strengthen internal control
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting
- Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income
- CPA or equivalent qualification
- Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership
- Team player, good personality and motivation.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
