Senior Finance Manager - HK Finance Operations
You will oversee day-to-day finance operations and end-to-end accounting for assigned entities. You will lead financial closes, prepare and review management and statutory reports, reconcile banking and digital asset balances, coordinate audits and tax reporting, maintain controls, improve processes, and support business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and end-to-end accounting
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes
- Prepare and review management accounts and statutory financial statements
- Prepare Group reporting packages and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank, exchange, wallet, digital asset, trading and intercompany balances
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting and reporting matters
- Handle statutory audits and tax reporting
- Maintain financial controls and accounting documentation
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Support new business initiatives and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Recognised professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA or CPA
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Financial close experience
- Multi-entity reporting experience
- Balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Statutory audit experience
- Management reporting experience
- Knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- English and Chinese communication skills
