Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Corporate Finance activities with a strong focus on financial planning, business performance analysis, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and valuation. You will work closely with business divisions and finance teams to deliver strategic insights, improve reporting efficiency, and support key management decisions through data-driven financial analysis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to develop financial models for decision support
- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs across assigned business divisions
- Prepare regular financial reports and management review presentations
- Conduct variance analysis, identify performance trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with finance teams across business verticals to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Support business decision-making through comparative analysis and financial interpretation
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives across reporting and analytics functions
- Develop automated reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting models to improve efficiency
- Perform market research, business intelligence analysis, and data mining
- Conduct industry benchmarking, peer reviews, and KPI comparisons
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial feasibility
- Perform business and equity valuations for M&A opportunities, investments, and exit scenarios
- Support strategic finance initiatives and ad-hoc corporate finance projects as assigned by management

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification required: CA, CFA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounts, or FP&A
- Experience in investment analysis, business valuation, or M&A is an advantage
