Senior Financials Analyst Oracle Fusion

An exciting permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join a well-established enterprise organisation based in Melbourne CBD.

Working within the Technology team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation, stability and performance of the organisation's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment across Financials, Procurement and Expenses.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong enterprise application support experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working with integrations and partnering with Finance and Technology teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing ongoing application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Supporting Finance, Procurement and Expenses functionality
• Investigating and resolving incidents, service requests and production issues
• Monitoring Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and scheduled processes
• Troubleshooting integration failures, data interfaces and system issues
• Supporting data reconciliation and ensuring information remains accurate across systems
• Working with APIs, file-based interfaces and enterprise integrations
• Contributing to system testing, change and release activities
• Supporting continuous improvement and optimisation of the ERP environment
• Maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures
• Working closely with Finance, Technology and external partners to resolve issues
• Operating within an ITIL/service management environment

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP within a complex enterprise environment
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement and/or Expenses
• Strong application support and technical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration technologies
• Understanding of APIs, scheduled processes and file-based integrations
• Knowledge of finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Procurement and Expenses
• Experience investigating data issues and performing reconciliation
• Exposure to testing, change and release management
• Experience working within an ITIL-aligned support environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
