Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Design and deliver AI and automation solutions that reduce manual work in internal business workflows. Build resilient systems, integrate cloud and on-premise systems, troubleshoot complex issues, develop proofs of concept, and lead solutions from concept through handover.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and resilient systems on internal ecosystems and stakeholder tooling.
• Create documentation and runbooks and return ownership to business teams.
• Identify recurring stakeholder issues and feed them into the tooling roadmap.
• Automate internal processes using Vertex AI, Google ADK, and software engineering.
• Deliver complex technical solutions end to end, including coding, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop proofs of concept and minimum viable products.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Resolve complex technical challenges involving GCP, Kubernetes, and AI agent orchestration.

Requirements

• Expertise in software engineering and strong automation skills.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and applied ML workflows.
• Experience integrating third-party AI models such as Gemini.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Google ADK.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI.
• Experience deploying to Kubernetes, Postgres, and Redis.
• Experience integrating Slack Enterprise Grid, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Ability to translate non-technical issues into technical requirements.
• Security-first approach.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives autonomously.
