What You’ll Do?
- Lead the frontend development of our enterprise AI platform using Next.js (core) and React.js (complementary)
- Architect and build robust dashboards and data-intensive interfaces supporting real-time read/write operations at scale
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and consistent UI patterns
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to bring complex data interactions to life
- Translate high-fidelity designs into fast, responsive, cross-browser UIs
- Develop reusable components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture
- Integrate with APIs, manage application state (Zustand/Redux), and ensure seamless performance across devices
- Participate in team standups, code reviews, and product planning discussions
- Contribute to frontend performance optimization, load handling, and UX best practices
Requirements
What We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just code, but owns the frontend vision-balancing
performance, scalability, and user experience in high-data environments.
Must-Have:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Next.js (core) and React.js
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a frontend team
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience building data-heavy dashboards or admin panels
- Expertise in frontend performance optimization for real-time data loads and complex interactions
- Proficiency with REST APIs, async data fetching, and state management (Zustand/Redux)
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend testing frameworks
- Knowledge of SSR/SSG, SEO, and accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of Node.js for better integration context
- Exposure to charting libraries, dashboard UX patterns, or frontend analytics
