Senior Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile)
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developers to join our growing technology team. You will work on building and scaling applications across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from user-facing interfaces to backend infrastructure, across multiple platforms.
Big Focus: AI, LLMs, RAG & Agentic Orchestration
Primary focus of this role: designing and building with Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent/agentic orchestration systems
We're looking for developers who think in terms of orchestrating AI agents to do the work - directing, prompting, and composing agentic workflows rather than defaulting to manual, line-by-line coding
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a strong plus, and a genuine interest in growing further in this direction is essential
- Comfort working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt/context engineering
- Experience building or integrating AI copilots, assistant and autonomous agent workflows into production apps
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain full stack web and mobile applications using modern technologies
● Build responsive web applications and native/cross-platform mobile applications
● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across frontend, mobile, and backend
● Implement responsive user interfaces optimized for web and mobile platforms
● Build and optimize RESTful APIs and database solutions
● Develop mobile apps for iOS and/or Android platforms
● Manage app deployment to App Store, Google Play, and other platforms
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
● Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
● Troubleshoot and debug production issues across all platforms
● Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in web and mobile development
Required Qualifications
● 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
● Experience with mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or native mobile development)
● Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar server-side languages
● Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
● Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
● Understanding of web and mobile security best practices
● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
● Experience with Docker and containerization
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
● Knowledge of testing frameworks and TDD methodologies for web and mobile
● Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks
● Experience with agile development processes
● Portfolio or GitHub repositories demonstrating web and mobile projects
● Experience working on SaaS or B2B applications
● Knowledge of app performance optimization and mobile device constraints
