Senior Full Stack Engineer

Develop high-performance web and desktop applications, design scalable architectures, build real-time communication and data-processing systems, maintain CI/CD pipelines, write and test code, troubleshoot issues, review code, and mentor engineers. Lead architectural discussions and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated testing and deployments.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code and tests.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production and non-production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to architecture and workflows.
• Architect state management solutions for large-scale applications.
• Design efficient processes for data processing, caching, and real-time updates.
• Mentor engineers on best practices, system design, and performance optimization.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in building scalable applications.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with WebSockets and MQTT.
• Strong proficiency in unit testing and Cypress end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of Rust and Python for backend integration is beneficial.
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Deep expertise in Redux or Zustand and complex UI interactions.
• Experience designing scalable data fetching, caching, and synchronization.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives and driving engineering best practices across teams.
