Senior FX Product Manager Expert
Lead lifecycle planning and product design for stablecoin payment, FX conversion, exchange engines, position and risk-management systems, liquidity-provider gateways, and clearing and settlement workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle planning for stablecoin payment, FX, and liquidity products
- Design FX and cryptocurrency conversion trading systems
- Design position and risk-management systems for principal conversion scenarios
- Lead business and technical integration with liquidity providers and on/off-ramp providers
- Design LP gateway interfaces for smart order routing, pricing, and failover
- Optimize clearing and settlement workflows within compliance and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in internet finance, licensed payment institutions, foreign exchange trading platforms, or Web3
- Experience with FX trading product design, spot and forward trading, quote distribution, and spread or fee models
- Experience with position management, net exposure calculation, real-time risk control, and hedging strategies
- Experience developing crypto fiat on/off-ramp or cross-border payment systems and integrating liquidity providers or FX channels via APIs
- Strong system architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and project-driving capabilities
- Familiarity with Web3 and stablecoin issuance, redemption, on-chain settlement, and off-chain fiat linkage
- Preferred experience with financial or payment license compliance systems and market-making or high-frequency trading risk-control systems
