Senior Go Engineer Distributed Data Systems
Design, develop, and deploy distributed data systems in the blockchain world, contributing to scheduling engines, optimizing data flows, and writing indexing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and robust distributed data processing systems using Go.
- Work closely with the CTO, Engineering Director, and senior engineers to define feature specifications and build products and features.
- Lead development of critical system components, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Promote a culture of excellence.
- Evaluate and incorporate new technologies to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Around 15 years of engineering experience with strong software development practices.
- 5+ years of proficient Go software design experience.
- Experience with distributed systems, databases, cloud services, cloud-native systems, and microservices.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- French speaking is a plus.
- Rust writing experience is a plus.
- Experience reading Rust and C++.
- Experience with TypeScript and React is interesting.
