Senior Healthcare Sales Executive
Trase is seeking a Senior Healthcare Sales Executive to lead full-cycle enterprise sales across non-acute healthcare segments, including payers, pharma, life sciences, health tech, specialty providers, and government health agencies. The role involves consultative selling to complex buying committees and positioning an AI platform in a regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Own and close net-new enterprise logos from first meeting through contract signature and expansion.
- Navigate executive sponsors, economic buyers, clinical champions, compliance stakeholders, and IT decision-makers.
- Lead value-driven sales cycles based on customer workflows, regulatory pressures, and operational pain points.
- Build ROI models and business cases tied to cost reduction, throughput, risk mitigation, claims accuracy, and revenue optimization.
- Design and run outcome-based proofs of concept with clear success criteria and executive alignment.
- Build territory and account plans to generate pipeline and deliver predictable ARR.
- Collaborate with GTM Engineering, Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to advance deals and ensure successful handoffs.
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare sales experience with a record of exceeding quota, including non-acute healthcare experience.
- Success closing complex $250K–$1M+ ARR deals into sophisticated organizations.
- Deep familiarity with payer claims adjudication, pharmaceutical operations, and value-based care.
- Experience selling technical SaaS, AI, data, or cloud platforms in regulated environments.
- Ability to pitch and demonstrate technical products to clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and CMS requirements.
- Ability to sell to C-level executives and build new territories from greenfield.
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or agent-based systems; HL7/FHIR knowledge is a bonus.
