Senior HR Business Partner
Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership by supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, change initiatives, employee relations, HR programs, HR metrics, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development
- Lead change management initiatives
- Identify talent gaps and develop talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development solutions
- Coach and advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR programs
- Oversee complex employee relations issues
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence
- Analyze HR metrics and trends
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience driving change management and organizational development initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills
