Senior HR Generalist (6-Month Fixed Term)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders in identifying how HR can best support the business to achieve its aims, building relationships across the company, and shaping and executing on the HR delivery plan.

• Provide HR advice, support and coach to line managers and senior management on performance, employee relations, engagement, talent management and other people topics.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and the entire employee lifecycle.

• Set up, implement and update HR processes and procedures to meet the business's evolving needs.

• Manage sensitive or high-profile HR issues, balancing operational needs alongside employment legislation and associated risks.

• Collaborate with Global TA manager, lead recruitment processes, drive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill local hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Support succession planning and development plan activities.

• Maintain people data accuracy within HCM System (UKG)

• Support the review of compensation and benefits to balance internal equity, external competitiveness.

• Support and work on HR Projects globally.

• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field

• Certification in HR Management preferred

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role

• Proven track record as a strategic and operational HRBP

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in China, India and Taiwan

• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolutions abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders

• Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Proficient with HCM system (UKG) or other HRIS
