Senior/HR Manager (Employee Relations), 11-month contract

[What the role is]

You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for driving employee engagement, well-being and recognition initiatives to foster a positive and supportive workplace culture within PUB.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include:

• Implement and manage staff well-being policies, programmes and initiatives, taking into consideration organisational needs, workforce trends and emerging developments
• Oversee insurance-related matters
• Plan, coordinate and manage staff engagement and appreciation programmes

[What we are looking for]

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with relevant working experience preferred
• Good writing, communication and thinking skills
• Able to work effectively within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff
• Able to work well independently and in a team
