Key Contributions

  • Implement technical solutions by managing small tasks and sub-features from a clearly defined backlog, ensuring all work is reviewed by a mentor.
  • Develop maintainable outputs, including code and documentation, while adhering to established standards and performing basic validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve low-complexity issues efficiently, promptly escalating any blockers with concise context to maintain project momentum.
  • Follow best practices for version control, including branch strategies and file conventions, to ensure reproducibility and clarity in your work.
  • Actively participate in daily and weekly updates, capturing essential notes and links for future reference to enhance team collaboration.

Additional Comments

Candidates must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Additionally, candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in technical implementation, data analytics, data engineering, or mission-focused analytics, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and/or R. The ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. up to five days per week is essential, along with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively present findings to senior government or enterprise stakeholders.
