Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Own key infrastructure components, lead cloud architecture initiatives, design secure environments, build automation, support incident response, and improve infrastructure governance while collaborating across IT and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Manage virtual Apple and Windows estates across AWS and Azure.
- Design, build, and support automation solutions.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Bicep.
- Build secure environments, including Bastion access and VDI redesign.
- Lead systems integration efforts across SaaS platforms.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering on automation and IaC.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in endpoint management, including Jamf Pro and Intune.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, Terraform, and Bicep.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, VMs, networking, and IAM.
- Ability to design and implement secure environments such as Bastion and VDI.
- Experience with Slack, Teams, Atlassian, and other systems integrations.
- Familiarity with CloudWatch and Datadog monitoring and logging.
- Understanding of patching, OS upgrades, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Problem-solving, mentorship, cross-team collaboration, project ownership, and adaptability.
