Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor systems and networks to identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
- Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
- Support related IT services, including security cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of tasks, procedures, and system configurations.
- Strong hardware skills across desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
- Strong software expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
- Strong cybersecurity awareness including data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
