Senior Investment Content and Communications Manager
Lead Moonfare's editorial agenda for private-markets content, set standards across thought leadership and investor communications, translate investment research into accurate content, manage production, collaborate across teams, apply compliance standards, and use performance signals to improve the content slate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the editorial agenda and set Moonfare's private-markets point of view.
- Set quality standards across thought leadership, research reports, newsletters, website copy, and scripts.
- Research and produce investor-facing content across multiple formats.
- Translate fund opportunities, market events, and proprietary research into accurate content.
- Run the editorial calendar and production pipeline from brief to publication.
- Partner with Investment, Fund, Research, Brand, Design, and external agency teams.
- Produce the Deal Talk series and support the monthly macro call.
- Apply house style, claims discipline, and financial-promotions compliance.
- Use AI to research and draft while maintaining editorial judgment and accuracy.
- Track readership and engagement signals to improve the content slate.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience writing and editing investor-facing content.
- Published long-form work that can be shared.
- Experience in financial services, asset management, private markets, wealth management, banking, or financial media.
- Working understanding of private equity and private markets.
- Strong research skills using credible sources.
- Versatility across whitepapers, scripts, newsletters, and website copy.
- Confidence using AI to research and draft.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- German or French is a plus.
