About the Project
The project focuses on building and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions using Keycloak and modern authentication standards.
IAM & Authentication
Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts and architecture.
Practical experience with authentication and authorization.
Understanding and implementation of SSO, RBAC, and MFA solutions.
Familiarity with modern identity and access security practices.
Keycloak
At least 1–3 years of commercial hands-on experience with Keycloak — required.
Experience deploying, configuring, administering, and supporting Keycloak environments.
Confident management of realms, clients, users, groups, roles, and permissions.
Hands-on experience customizing authentication/login flows and Keycloak themes — required.
Experience integrating Keycloak with LDAP and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0.
Backend & DevOps
Senior-level Java backend development experience.
Practical experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Linux-based infrastructure.
Familiarity with monitoring, centralized logging, and troubleshooting tools such as the ELK Stack.
Automation
Ability to automate infrastructure and IAM-related tasks using shell scripts and Ansible.
Experience with Keycloak Admin CLI and REST API for configuration and automation.
Security
Good understanding of TLS/SSL and secure communication.
Experience with token lifecycle/security and session management.
Knowledge of secure access control and Keycloak hardening/configuration practices.
Understanding of secure software development principles.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java;
Work with Keycloak-based identity and access management solutions;
Configure and customize authentication and authorization functionality;
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems;
Work with APIs and modern authentication protocols;
Participate in architecture and technical decision-making;
Contribute to application security and access-control practices;
Work with containerized environments and CI/CD processes;
Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards;
Collaborate with an international development team.
Skills Required
5+ years of commercial software development experience;
Strong commercial experience with Java;
Hands-on experience with Keycloak;
Experience customizing Keycloak authentication flows and/or UI/themes;
Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM);
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts;
Experience working with modern authentication protocols and standards;
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs;
Experience with Docker and containerized environments;
Understanding of CI/CD and modern development workflows;
Good understanding of application security principles;
