Senior Java Full Stack Engineer – Mission-Critical E-Trading Systems

The Objective

We are seeking an elite, uncompromising Java Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and sustain ultra-low-latency, real-time E-Trading and E-Distribution systems for FX, Bonds, and Equities. This is a high-stakes financial engineering role. There is zero margin for error. You will be expected to deliver flawlessly executed server-side architecture while seamlessly managing front-end implementations and complex third-party integrations.

Core Responsibilities

• High-Performance Engineering: Architect and deploy robust, high-throughput, and real-time trading systems from the ground up, commanding the full software development lifecycle.
  
• Full-Stack Mastery: Execute expert-level server-side engineering utilizing the advanced Spring Framework ecosystem, while concurrently delivering responsive, flawless front-end architecture in ReactJS.
  
• Complex Integrations: Spearhead the intricate, zero-fault integration of Murex trading platforms into our proprietary systems, engineering seamless data pipelines and process flows.
  
• API Architecture: Design, implement, and aggressively optimize highly secure RESTful APIs to power the core trading engine.
  
• Infrastructure & CI/CD: Autonomously manage advanced webserver, database (Oracle), and middleware configurations. Command the CI/CD pipeline, taking absolute ownership of build, deployment, and mission-critical production releases.
  
• Operational Resilience: Run exhaustive, automated test scripts to guarantee absolute system reliability. Execute mandatory rotational weekend production releases and provide immediate, high-level third-line technical support for production incidents.
  
• Agile Delivery: Drive iterative development cycles within a strict Agile framework, demanding excellence from cross-functional peers and maintaining meticulous technical documentation.
  

Strict Qualifying Criteria

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory, proven experience engineering real-time financial trading platforms specifically handling FX, Bonds, and Equities.
  
• Technical Command: Minimum of 5+ years of elite-level Java programming (Java 8+ strictly required), backed by total proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
  
• Front-End Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS, operating within a true full-stack capacity.
  
• Platform Integration: Deep, hands-on experience integrating financial platforms—specifically Murex—with custom trading and risk management systems. Candidates without Murex integration exposure will face a severe disadvantage.
  
• Database & Tooling: Advanced command of relational databases (Oracle) and complex SQL profiling/tuning. Absolute fluency in Maven, Git, and Bitbucket for rigorous source control and build management.
