Senior Manager Client Lead
The Senior Manager, Client Lead owns senior client relationships across banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments. The role represents client interests internally, sells and expands Blockstream services, shapes engagements, manages account growth, and ensures strong alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage senior enterprise and institutional client relationships.
- Act as the primary client point of contact across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.
- Identify client needs, shape service opportunities, and sell implementation, integration, and support services.
- Drive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion.
- Support pre-sales, proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and manage escalations.
- Lead client governance forums, steering committees, QBRs, and executive reviews.
- Provide structured client feedback to Product, Solutions, and Service teams.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, client references, and case studies.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales within fintech, financial services, or technology infrastructure.
- Proven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional accounts.
- Experience selling and managing professional services, platform services, or complex technology solutions.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
- Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring, pricing, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams.
- Swiss German, German, and English required; French preferred and Italian a plus.
- Experience with blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure platforms is preferred.
- Location in Switzerland, focused on Zurich and Geneva.
