Senior Manager, Consulting Ecosystem
Engage directly with consulting firms and system integrators to source and manage strategic channel partnerships, qualify partner-sourced deals, drive approvals, support integrations, respond to RFPs, represent Stellar at events, develop partner enablement materials, set geographic priorities, and monitor institutional adoption.
Responsibilities
- Source new and manage existing relationships with strategic channel partners
- Qualify partner-sourced deals and drive internal approval processes
- Support and coordinate technical and operational integration processes
- Close large transformational consulting partnerships
- Advocate for partners and drive internal initiatives
- Collaborate with grants, community, and marketing teams to launch partner programs
- Respond to partner RFPs
- Represent Stellar at industry venues and organize representation
- Develop partner-facing educational materials and landing pages
- Monitor blockchain adoption by large institutions
- Set geographical priorities for partner efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of business development or founder experience, especially in technical industries
- Experience closing complex enterprise-scale finance or fintech deals internationally
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Experience with stakeholders and reseller-type partners
- Ability to participate actively in cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and the Stellar network
- Engineering background or strong technical grasp of blockchain technology
- Track record of seeing projects through and communicating outcomes clearly
